If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the PAK555 platform.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PAK555 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any previous agreements, whether written or verbal. PAK555 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all sections of PAK555 including but not limited to: Sports Betting, PSL Betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Aviator Game, and all Promotions. Specific game rules may apply in addition to these general terms.

Aviator and Crash Games: These games use a certified provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the operator. PAK555 makes the verification seed data available to players who request it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at PAK555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

PAK555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, PAK555 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where closure is not fault-based (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

PAK555's aggregate liability for any claim relating to your account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PAK555 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
